Biochip

Did you know we’re attending AOAC 2018?

The AOAC annual meeting organises scientific sessions, roundtable discussions, workshops and poster presentations discussing a variety of analytical methods and requirements. Attended by scientists from across the world the conference discusses science at a different level.

Randox Food are attending the AOAC 2018 conference, showcasing the patented Biochip Array Technology product offering with the team will be on hand at Booth #337 to introduce you to the technology and answer any questions you have.

An Evidence Investigator will be at the booth so you will be able to see first-hand the method behind Biochip and learn how the technology works for several matrices including; feed & cereal, milk, meat & seafood and honey for the screening of antimicrobials, growth promoters, synthetic steroids and many more.

Various contaminants are administered to animals during the farming process to treat infection and maintain herd health. Regulations are often adhered to but quality control procedures are put in place to ensure the safe supply of agricultural produce, this is where Biochip technology can streamline the quality control process by offering a system that can analyse up to 48 sample simultaneously. Delivering higher throughput and saving time and money on laboratory costs and labour.
