Antimicrobial Array V

The Evidence Investigator AM V array will quantitatively test for chloramphenicol (CAP) and nitroimidazoles (NMZ) simultaneously.

Nitroimidazoles and chloramphenicol are used in the treatment and prevention of diseases which infect honeybees.

The AM V array detects a broad range of nitroimidazoles including the three main analytes metronidazole, ronidazole and dimetridazole that are often screened for in honey samples. It also detects chloramphenciol and chloramphenicol glucuronide.
