Antimicrobial Array II Plus has been developed to detect a range of antibiotics commonly used. The over use of these antibiotic compounds can lead to trace residues being carried through to the honey that enters the human food chain.
Randox Food Diagnostics supply the Antimicrobial Array II Plus Biochip Array, which enables detection of multiple antibiotics from a single sample. The full list of compounds which are detected can be found in the table below.
